COSTUME ORDERS

 

Costume & Recital Fee

​

• $55.00 deposit per costume. This deposit guarantees that:

       The dancer’s costume arrives in time for photo day/the recital.

       The dancer has a spot in their class’s recital piece.

​

• $26.00 Recital fee

Payment must be received by March 18th.

​

This fee is non-refundable and non-transferable. Payments made past the deadline (March 18th, 2024) may incur additional costs due to shipping and handling fees.

​

Costume deposits are not rental fees – dancers get to keep their costumes! There will be other opportunities for them to wear their costumes throughout the year.

​

Costumes are ordered based on your child’s measurements to ensure a close to perfect fit. Although measurements are taken, any and all alterations are the sole responsibility of the dancer and his/her parents. Please keep in mind that measurements are taken in May, which is 5 months before the show, so students may have fluctuations in weight and height during this period.

Tickets are first come first serve and will go on sale in August.

REHEARSAL

Rehearsal is mandatory for all students participating in the recital. Dancers participating in group routines will also be required to attend all group practices during the months of June, July and September, as they will be dancing with students from other classes.

 

 

 

PHOTO DAY

 

Date: Saturday, September 14th, 2022                                                  Time: TBD

 

• Group photos will be taken for each dance that the student participates in.

• There are NO make-up photo days.

 

Regular attendance in class is important to the success of the dances. Students with irregular attendance will be contacted privately to discuss their participation in the annual showcase.
